I - Initiating

The starting point of any success story is understanding your client needs and goals. At this first phase, a qualified Promage Agent is assigned to each site to understand client needs and assist with planning, setting up and uploading site info and work scope targets on digital platform

T - Training

After gathering the site information and setting up user accounts, the next phase is to enrol the field staff team on our course where they practically learn about the fundamentals of productivity and how to use Promage digital platforms.

D - Driving

In this phase, the main focus is to ensure that the digital platforms are working successfully and that they are being used daily by your team.

O - Observing

This last phase focuses on observing and evaluating the successful running of the digital platforms and the overall team user experience and rate of adaptation to new systems. Improvement measures will be recommended at this stage if necessary
